Yes. Send your event name, logo, date, and any wording for the front and back. Include reference images or a description of the style you want. We will use these details to prepare your custom medal artwork.
Yes. Artwork is free with your order. A revision fee applies for more than 3 requested changes. Please allow 1–3 business days for the artwork, and contact our team for the timing of your specific design.
Include the medal diameter or overall dimensions, preferred thickness, quantity, and artwork. Tell us if you need different versions for placements or award categories. Include your event date so we can review the production schedule with your specifications.
Tell us whether your medals need ribbons. Include your preferred ribbon width, colors, printed wording, and attachment requirements. We will review these details with the medal design and confirm the available ribbon options in your quotation.

Production & Shipping

We manufacture products in Bangladesh and China. Please confirm the production location for your order with our sales team. Shipping from Bangladesh to the USA typically takes 5 days. Shipping time is separate from production time. We will quote the shipping cost for your specific order and email you the shipment details after dispatch.
Payment & After-Sales
We accept T/T (bank transfer), L/C at sight, Western Union, and PayPal. Our payment terms are a 40% deposit with the balance due before shipping. We will send photos showing the finished product details when the goods are ready.
We offer a 100% quality guarantee. For improper production, we will refund you or promptly remake the products. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email photos of the packaging and products, along with the affected quantity. Your sales coordinator will review the details and follow up with you.
