Yes. Send your logo, brand colors, and the wording you want to include. Tell us how the lanyards will be used. We will use your brief to prepare artwork showing the placement of the design.
Yes. Artwork is free with your order. A revision fee applies for more than 3 requested changes. Please allow 1–3 business days for the artwork, and contact our team for the timing of your specific design.
Include your preferred strap width and length in the inquiry. Tell us whether the design should appear on one side or both sides. We will review the artwork at the proposed width and confirm the available material and printing options in your quotation.
Tell us what the lanyard will carry, such as an ID card, badge holder, or keys. Include any clip, detachable buckle, or breakaway requirement. We will confirm the available attachments for your order. If a venue or workplace has a safety specification, send it with your inquiry.
Quote & Order
We have no minimum order quantity. Send us the quantity and design you need so we can prepare a quotation. Pricing is specific to each order, and any mold fees depend on the design.
Yes. You can order a sample to check the quality before placing a bulk order. Include your design and specifications when requesting a sample of your custom lanyards.
Production & Shipping
Our standard production cycle is 5–7 days for samples and about 15 days for mass production. Rush orders can be completed in as little as 3 days. Expedited fees apply. Please contact us to confirm the schedule for your order.
We manufacture products in Bangladesh and China. Please confirm the production location for your order with our sales team. Shipping from Bangladesh to the USA typically takes 5 days. Shipping time is separate from production time. We will quote the shipping cost for your specific order and email you the shipment details after dispatch.
Payment & After-Sales
We accept T/T (bank transfer), L/C at sight, Western Union, and PayPal. Our payment terms are a 40% deposit with the balance due before shipping. We will send photos showing the finished product details when the goods are ready.
We offer a 100% quality guarantee. For improper production, we will refund you or promptly remake the products. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email photos of the packaging and products, along with the affected quantity. Your sales coordinator will review the details and follow up with you.
